Clients engaging the services of Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide clear, accurate, and complete job descriptions, requirements, and timelines in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the workplace environment for any deployed personnel is safe, lawful, and compliant with applicable workplace safety standards.

- Not directly employ, approach, or engage any candidate introduced by Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy without prior authorization and settlement of applicable service fees.
No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy provides recruitment and HR consulting services based on professional evaluation and sourcing practices; however, we do not guarantee employment outcomes or hiring success.
Final hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client.
We do not guarantee:
- Candidate suitability, performance, or long-term productivity
- Continuation or retention of employment
- Duration of employment or tenure
- Any specific operational or business outcomes
Clients are responsible for conducting their own background verification, reference checks, and due diligence before making hiring decisions. We shall not be held responsible for employment disputes, performance concerns, or candidate behavior following placement.
3. Fees & Payments-
All service fees and payment conditions shall be clearly outlined in individual service agreements executed between the client and Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy.
- Fees may vary depending on the scope of services, including placement-based fees, retained services, or hourly consulting charges.
- Standard payment timelines typically require settlement within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified.
- Delayed payments may result in applicable interest or penalty charges as per agreed terms.
- Clients are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in accordance with prevailing Indian tax regulations.

- Using confidential information strictly for recruitment and service-related purposes
- Implementing appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect sensitive information
- Complying with applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000
- Not sharing confidential information with any third party without prior written consent.
All recruitment methodologies, workflows, databases, tools, templates, and proprietary materials developed or used by Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use such materials solely for the intended service purpose.
- Clients retain ownership of their own proprietary business information.
- Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy retains ownership of candidate databases, sourcing techniques, and internal recruitment systems.
The liability of Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Candidate misconduct, disputes, or employment-related issues
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
- Issues arising due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim arises under contract law, negligence, or any other legal basis.
7. Termination-
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Typical notice periods range between 30 to 90 days, unless otherwise stated.
- All outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.
- Confidential information must be returned or securely destroyed upon termination.
- Reasonable transition support may be provided where applicable.
Highway Recruiting HR Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services immediately under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of fees
- Breach of contractual obligations
- Engagement in unlawful activities
- Situations that make service delivery impractical or unethical
Upon termination, obligations related to confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability shall continue to remain in effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
